Will of William Brock - Researching Families

Will of William Brock - Researching Families:

This is a Google site with the Will of William Brock. I think he is in my file as: William Potter Brock.

The person who shared this Will makes good use of Google Sites to share genealogy information.

BTW, I have also experimented with Google Sites and the Monroe County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society also uses Google Sites to share some of their information and to advertise their products that an be purchased via PayPal. I am a member of the Monroe chapter.

MONROE COUNTY CHAPTER of the OHIO GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY

MONROE COUNTY CHAPTER of the OHIO GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY:

This is the Google site for the chapter.  On the Google site you can find a list and descriptions of publications that are available for purchase via mail or online via PayPal. On the homepage there is a link to the chapter's page on Facebook.

As of Jan 2018, the chapter's "free" website, hosted on RootsWeb by Ancestry, is down because of a security issue on RootsWeb. At this time, 28 Jan 2018, there is no projected date for the resolution of the problem.

WhizFolders, Outliner and Note Taking Software

WhizFolders, Outliner and Note Taking Software:

I have been interested in this program for many years. I have a free copy of the program on my old desktop computer. I seldom start that computer. I'm thinking again about buying the program. It costs $29.95. There is a "free" 30-day trial.

I'm using a copy of Windows Sticky Notes that I like. However, I now have too many notes, the screen is full.  I have a hunch that WhizFolders is a much better way to take notes and quickly find and retrieve them.

Print Friendly & PDF

Print Friendly & PDF:

Make any web page Print Friendly & PDF.

I have a Print Friendly button installed on some of my Google blogs. I also have a Print Friendly icon installed on my Google Chrome toolbar at the top of my screen.

You can also go to the website and paste in the URL of interest.
